As the largest double-branded hotel opened by Marriott International in Greater China in 2020, the project bloomed splendidly on August 28. Invested by Fukang Group, the total area of the project is approximately 300,000 square meters (with 100,000 square meters for the hotels). From civil engineering, design, construction to the grand opening, the project took 16 months (including the pandemic period).
