With an investment of nearly 800 million RMB, the hotel is located in the core commercial district of Baiyun District, covering an area of approximately 55,000 m². It features 361 guest rooms and nearly 1,300 m² of meeting space, set to become a new local landmark.

The design continues the brand heritage of Marriott, integrating traditional and modern elements through the interpretation and extraction of Lingnan architecture and traditional culture. By incorporating regional cultural elements into different functional spaces, it creates rich visual experiences and spatial sensations to inspire guests at all times. Ultimately, it integrates these elements in a new form, allowing visitors to find work-life balance while appreciating Lingnan culture, thus forming a high-quality hotel space that aligns with Marriott's brand ethos.
