Wyndham Shangrao Chunjiang Hotel has a total investment of 360 million RMB. The project covers a total land area of 16,667 m², with a total construction area of 19,844.32 m² for the hotel, 2,528.29 m² for commercial supporting facilities, 1,410.38 m² for auxiliary facilities, and 12,033.83 m² for the underground area. The building height is approximately 80 meters.

Constructed in accordance with five-star standards, the hotel includes a welcoming lobby, lobby lounge, western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, an 800 m² pillar-free multi-function hall, VIP meeting rooms, and other premium leisure facilities, with a total of 260 guest rooms. The hotel has completed comprehensive acceptance and entered the decoration phase.
