The hotel is located in the new core business district of Liuzhou - Chengzhong High-tech Zone, with a construction area of over 40,000 square meters and 347 guest rooms. It is invested and built by Liuzhou Xingjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liugang Group, fully managed and named by Shenzhen Airlines Hotel Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Airlines, and DDA is responsible for the overall interior design. The design concept is closely tied to the expression techniques of Guangxi's landscape, focusing on creating the project's humanistic artistic conception to reflect the "microcosmic world" where "a grain of dust can reveal mountains and rivers, and a drop of water can feel the sea", echoing Liuzhou's elegant scenery of "near water like jade, distant mountains like smoke". Through natural element symbols such as "mountains", "water", and "stones", it conveys an elegant, delicate, refined, and grand charm. Meanwhile, the "Shenzhen Airlines" and "Liugang" genes are implanted, endowing guests with the warm feeling of "natural and considerate care at all times" through rich humanistic sentiment and personalized design elements, striving to create a "first-class cabin" on land.
