Situated along the Panlong River in Kunming and adjacent to the city center square, the hotel represents a total investment of nearly 700 million RMB. With a floor area of 19,397.25 m², it features 440 luxurious and comfortable guest rooms of complete types, 5 high-end restaurants with distinct styles, and 9 meeting rooms of varying sizes, accommodating 10 to 500 people.

The design integrates natural scenery, historical sites, ethnic customs, and cutting-edge international design concepts. Taking calm and elegant black and coffee-colored materials as the keynote, it extracts inspiration from clouds, uses Kunming landscape paintings as partial backgrounds, decorates with Kunming-style ivory carving art, and coordinates with ordered light and shadow layers to present a unified style of luxury and a dynamic poetic temperament.
