Yazhi Hotel Chang'an Dongguan

Project Overview: Scheduled to open in 2024

Design Positioning: Urban Micro-vacation Hotel
Service Scope: Interior Design / Soft Decoration Design / Lighting Design / Secondary MEP Design
Project Area: 10,500 square meters
Project Address: No. 1, Hengtang Road, Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province

Located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, the project covers an area of approximately 10,500㎡ and features 143 guest rooms and suites divided into three major themes. With the core concept of "New Realm of Luxury · Urban Business Micro-vacation", it deeply integrates the cultural genes of Lingnan intangible heritage and innovatively creates six immersive dream experience scenes. By deconstructing local cultural elements such as lion dance Caiqing (lion dance picking green), Hakka enclosed houses, and Lixiang Lingnan (lychee-fragrant Lingnan), it reconstructs architectural symbols like arcade corridors, wok ear walls, and Manchu windows in a contemporary design language, and implants digital new media art installations to achieve a symbiotic interpretation of traditional craftsmanship and future technology.
