Delta Hotel Kunming

The project has a total construction area of nearly 140,000 square meters and a design area of approximately 85,000 square meters. It includes two branded hotels, Sheraton and Delta, with a total of 1,066 guest rooms. The two brands share partial public areas such as banquet halls and conference rooms. With the design theme of "Silk Road in the Clouds", it absorbs the charm of the Dian Kingdom and enjoys the pleasure of design, integrating the Southern Silk Road, ancient Dian culture, the Tea-Horse Ancient Road, Yi culture, as well as the natural scenery and geographical features of Kunming. It combines universal design aesthetics with craftsmanship techniques to exquisitely, concisely and authentically reflect the local old artistic conception and rich texture. It cleverly uses interior architecture to distinguish and plan, such as height and light, to capture and emphasize the set scenery and art, deepening the value of space and structure. This project has won many international awards such as the Platinum Award for Interior Design of the American MUSE Hotel Awards, the Italian A’Design Awards, and the Ait Award.
