With 20 years of expertise in luxury hotel design, the group integrates comprehensive services spanning planning, architecture, interior design, soft furnishings, and construction. Holding top-tier qualifications including Class-A Architectural Decoration Engineering Design Certification and Grade-I Construction Qualification, DDA stands as a leading comprehensive EPC service provider in the industry.
Headquartered in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with branches in Berlin, Changsha, Sanya, and Kunming, DDA delivers end-to-end solutions from conceptual design to project inauguration through its three core divisions: architectural decoration, art furnishings, and cultural tourism planning.

• 2013 Masterminded the Guinness World Record project – Sanya Beauty Crown Seven-Star Hotel Complex
• 2013 Partnered with HBA to create China's first undersea restaurant (InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay)
• 2014 Secured the interior design contract for the 729-meter Suzhou Zhongnan Center, currently the tallest building under construction in China
