It is invested and constructed by Liuzhou Xingjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group, and fully managed and titled by Shenzhen Airport Hotel Management Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Airlines. DDA is responsible for the overall interior design.
